Gravoscopes, Ratholes, and You

Since I wrote so much in the free version of the letter this week, I decided that my gift to my paid friends here would be offering some extras!

First up is that you’re the first to be informed that my newest mini comic (a standalone story) is available to read for free over on Global Comix. I’m considering this as a possible platform to also use for serializing my graphic novel Automaton Deactivation Bureau, but for now I just wanted to put this little comic up there. Also! I recently added a bunch of old and new designs to my merch store, which you can find here! Many great designs, including good seasonal designs like the spooky-themed YOU ARE TREASURED sweatshirt and the REST FOR THE WICKED t-shirt, or the classic HAPPY HOLIDAYS stuff (sweatshirt and a mug!). Finally, I wanted to share a little audio excerpt of a little speculative story that I recently drafted (created using a special, somewhat gamified writing prompt I invented this year, which I’m considering making copies of to share). The story is titled—titillatingly—GUEST SERVICES AT THE MUSEUM OF SEXUAL DEVIANCE. The illustration above is a little sketch of the device that is at the center of the story: the Gotcha-Caps™.

This was a lot of fun to write, and I’m looking forward to working more on it and then eventually submitting it. I may even, if I am evil to myself, write some other stories set in this world/in the museum. Who knows?
